Please note that initiating a cancellation does not retroactively stop previous charges. Cancellation will prevent future billing cycles but will not refund any prior payments for services already delivered.
Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. This ensures you can continue to use the service you have already paid for without interruption until your subscription officially expires.
For example, if you cancel mid-month, your subscription will remain active until the end of that billing month. During this time, all features and benefits included in your plan remain fully accessible.
All payments made to NaamX Solutions are non-refundable. This includes any unused portion of the subscription period.
We encourage customers to review their subscription plans and billing cycles carefully before making payments. By subscribing, you acknowledge and accept that no credits, partial refunds, or reimbursements will be issued for unused services.
Accounts that have been inactive or unpaid for an extended period may be subject to permanent deletion. Prior to permanent removal, we may attempt to contact the account holder through the registered email address or phone number.
Permanent deletion entails the removal of all associated data, including:
Account information
Personal details
Uploaded content
Any saved settings or configurations
After deletion, recovery of the account or any data is not possible, and customers must create a new account to regain access to our services.

Billing errors on our end
Unauthorized or fraudulent charges
All such cases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and any exceptions granted are at the sole discretion of NaamX Solutions management.
To cancel your subscription:

Navigate to the Billing or Subscriptions section.
Select the subscription you wish to cancel.
Click Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions.
You will receive a confirmation email indicating that your cancellation has been processed.
